We currently ship across Pakistan.

If you are located in a remote area, delivery may require additional time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information (where available) so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations within Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photographs of the package and the affected items so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
